Who we are

The Thought Store, referred to on this website as TTS Creative, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy requests or questions, email hello@tts.im.

Information we receive

If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, business details and project enquiry. Please only send information that is relevant to your enquiry.

How we use it

• Respond to enquiries and discuss potential work.
• Prepare proposals, provide services and manage client relationships where we work together.
• Keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

We process enquiry information because it is needed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps towards a contract. We will ask separately where consent is required, for example for optional marketing.

Service providers and security

We use carefully selected service providers to run our website, email and business systems. The online project enquiry form is provided by Moxie, which processes the information submitted through it so we can manage enquiries. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect it from automated submissions. These services may process technical information such as an IP address and browser details where needed to provide and secure the form. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, our relationship with you, and any legal or accounting requirements. We review it periodically and securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential technical storage only where required for it to work. The contact form uses Moxie and Google reCAPTCHA for essential form security. If you choose to accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the website, such as pages viewed and general interaction. We do not load Google Analytics unless you choose to accept it. You can continue without analytics, or change your choice at any time using Cookie choices in the footer. We do not use advertising or remarketing tracking. The Champion Sports video uses YouTube Privacy-Enhanced Mode; YouTube may process information if you choose to interact with that video.

Our website may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies before providing personal information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, email hello@tts.im. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise the matter with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
