Proposal Overview
This proposal outlines the creative support for Manx Petroleum’s centenary campaign throughout 2026. The focus is on strong, consistent visual storytelling through social media, vehicle wrap design, and campaign-related graphic assets.
All creative outputs will honour Manx Petroleum’s heritage while embracing a bold, future-facing identity, celebrating 100 years of trust, innovation, and service on the Isle of Man.
Campaign Elements
A commemorative 100-Year badge will be designed for use across all campaign materials. This will be supplied in various formats and included as part of the overall design service at no additional cost.
Social Media
Each month will include eight posts (two per week), with content categories including:
Throwback photos and historical moments
Teasers and reveals
Community shoutouts
Milestone memories
Vehicle and team spotlights
Behind-the-scenes posts
Competitions and giveaways
A full editorial calendar can be provided to assist with content planning, scheduling, and advance approvals.
Each of the twelve delivery tankers will receive a unique wrap design that celebrates the centenary while elevating the visual presence of the fleet. All designs will retain prominent logo, contact, and legal details while allowing each vehicle’s design to tell a distinct visual story aligned with the centenary theme.

Airport Tanker: Jet fuel theme with aviation-style graphic
Forecourt Tanker: Retro-modern hybrid showing evolution of pumps
Marine Tanker: Nautical colour palette and wave-inspired design
Heritage Tanker: Historic black and white photo collage wrap
Teaser Tanker: Bold “Since 1926” vinyl applied in January
Community Tanker: Celebrating local partnerships and loyalty
All artwork is supplied ready for print. Production and installation will be arranged by Manx Petroleum’s existing supplier.
Interactive community competitions can help generate buzz and deepen emotional connection with the brand throughout the centenary year.
Example ideas include:
“Guess the Year” historic photo quizzes
Branded giveaway bundles
Local nostalgia contests or tag-a-friend challenges
Competition concept development, graphic design, and caption writing are not included in the core proposal and will be charged at the standard rate of £35 per hour. Prize sourcing and fulfilment remain the responsibility of the client.
Budget Overview
This proposal includes all graphic design and social media services to support the Manx Petroleum 100-Year campaign throughout 2026. All work is bespoke, brand-aligned, and delivered for review and approval.

This proposal includes graphic design and static social media content as outlined. Additional creative support, such as video content, motion graphics, digital signage, printed material design, or competition content, can be provided separately at a rate of £35 per hour.
Wrap production, printing, and installation are not included in this proposal.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be billed at £35 per hour.

Social Media Management will be invoiced monthly in advance at £650 per month (£7,800 annually).
Tanker Wrap Graphic Design will be invoiced per vehicle design, with each design billed upon approval for production. Estimated cost: £350 to £500 per vehicle.
Additional creative services, including any hourly work (e.g. competitions, signage, video), will be invoiced monthly in arrears based on time logged at £35 per hour.
All invoices are payable within 14 days of issue by bank transfer.
